本研究主要目的在探討大學生文化資本和學校生活經驗對就業力的影響，以104學年大學四年級學生為母群體抽出1,440位研究樣本，有效問卷1,425份，回收率達98%；研究工具為「大學校院學生之文化資本、學校生活經驗及就業力量表」，統計方法為t考驗或單因子變異數分析及結構方程模式。本研究獲得三點結論：一、不同背景變項學生在文化資本、學校生活經驗與就業力方面呈現顯著差異；二、大學生文化資本、學校生活經驗與就業力關係之理論模式與資料相配適；三、學校生活經驗在大學生之文化資本與就業力間具有部分中介效果。根據研究結果提出建議，大學生應進一步豐富其文化資本和學校生活經驗，以提高其就業能力。 The main purpose of this study was to explore the impact of college students’ cultural capital and school life experiences on their employability in the job market. A questionnaire entitled “The Scale of Cultural Capital, School Life Experiences and Employability of College Students” was administered to a sample of 1,440 senior college students in the 104th school year, the effective questionnaires were 1,425, and the response rate was 98%. T test, one-factor ANOVA and SEM were used to analyze data. Three conclusions were as follows: (1) Students with different educational background demonstrated a diversity of cultural capital, school life experience and employability; (2) The proposed SEM model for the college students’ cultural capital, school life experiences and their employability fitted the data well ; and (3) School life experience mediated the effect of the cultural capital and employability. Based on the research findings, college students should be further enriched in their cultural capital and school life experience to enhance their employability.
